Activity and health authorization

Venom Tattoo is a tattoo studio. The premises at C. del Submarino, 32a, 30300 Cartagena, Spain hold health authorization number AS-00374-02, under activity category 02 Tatuajes, the category that covers tattooing.

The authorization is granted by the Consejería de Salud de la Región de Murcia, through its Dirección General de Salud Pública y Adicciones, under Decreto 17/2003, de 14 de marzo, the rules that govern hygiene and health conditions for these establishments in the Región de Murcia.

That same body, the Consejería de Salud de la Región de Murcia, is the one that inspects and supervises the studio, so anything health-related goes there. You can also check the authorization at the studio itself.

What this site is for, and terms of use

This site introduces the studio, its artists and their work, and lets you send us your idea from the contact section. There are no user accounts and no private area: using it is free and takes no sign-up.

The site is informational. The photos and descriptions are there to show you what the team does; they aren't a commercial offer or a quote. Price and time for a piece are only given once the studio has looked at your idea, the body area and the size, and they're always confirmed with you before we start. Nothing is sold or charged through the site, no vouchers and no deposits: any payment happens at the studio.

By using the site you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith: no attempts to damage the site or its server, no automated scraping, no reproducing the portfolio, and no using the form for advertising or for messages that have nothing to do with a real enquiry. The studio can block access to anyone who abuses it.

Intellectual property

The texts, the photographs, the logo, the Venom Tattoo brand and the tattoo designs shown here belong to the studio or to the artists who created them, who keep their rights over every piece.

Photographs of clients' tattoos are published with the consent of the person tattooed. If a photo of yours is up here and you'd rather we took it down, write to venomtattooficial@gmail.com and it comes down.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or publicly communicate any of this content without written permission from the owner. Linking to the site is fine; copying what's inside it isn't.

Liability

We look after what we publish and keep it current, but we can't guarantee there are no typos or that the site is always up: there can be downtime for maintenance, technical failures or causes outside the studio's control.

What you read here also doesn't replace talking to your artist, or the aftercare instructions you're given at the studio once a session is done.

The site links out to third-party services: Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Follow one of those links and you leave this site for one with its own terms and privacy policy. The studio doesn't control them and isn't responsible for what they contain.

Whatever you send us through the form or any other channel is handled as described in the privacy and cookie policy: what it's used for, the legal basis, how long it's kept, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.

Complaint forms

The studio keeps official complaint forms available to any client. Ask for them at the studio, at C. del Submarino, 32a, 30300 Cartagena, Spain.

Before that, tell us: almost everything gets sorted by talking. If you still want to file a complaint, consumer complaints are handled by the consumer authorities of the Región de Murcia, and you can also file yours at your own town's consumer office.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This site and anything arising from it are governed by Spanish law, in particular Ley 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.

Any dispute goes to the courts of Cartagena, unless consumer protection rules give jurisdiction to the courts where the consumer lives, in which case those apply.
